Consultancy
We provide consultancy services for both small & large projects. We assist our dealers to develop solutions for their clients, utilising our broad communications experience to guide & advise on the most suitable solution.
Design
We use high end software for mapping out critical two-way radio communication project elements, such as signal strength & coverage, making sure that all communication projects meet the needs of stakeholders.
Onsite & Remote
We provide both onsite & remote services for troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs across all AceComms endorsed brands.
Training
As Motorola Solutions’ sole accredited training provider throughout Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific Islands, we pride ourselves on delivering comprehensive training to our partners. Led by our accredited trainer, Grant Sleep, who also serves as our technical director, our training programs encompass a diverse range of topics, including technical expertise, product knowledge, and sales & marketing education. We also have the flexibility to complement our structured training schedules with customised training programs, ensuring that our partners receive the support necessary for them to excel.
Repairs
We provide an in-house repair & support centre, which is made available to our partners and their clients. Whether you require simple battery testing, through to a more complex radio issue, AceComms has the talent to assist. We are also authorised Motorola Solutions repairers, and handle Motorola warranty matters.
